yeah but if you have more servers then you have less players again so the small number of people who are going to continue playing after the first couple of months are going to spilt down even further.

ok dedicated servers = MINIMUM LAG!!! and res1 had both wordwide and country servers, so yes eclipse + i always played the worldwide servers and never lagged (except when on the PC as well).

Now if this was player hosted (like cod4) then i would accept your scrutinism like a man, but in this case you dont 100% know what ur talking about...

And please dont say u hate PS3 FPS's becasue of UT3 because that game sucked and was shit, no1 even plays it (metaphorically)

lol no devolopers are stupid enough to use player hosted anymore are they? their is still lag on servers and the more players the more lag.....
but your right if the servers are good enough then their shouldn't be that much lag (except for those poor little dial-up users) 60 people games still sound like a bad idea to me though

a lot of games use plaeyr hosted, and u cant use dial-up on ps3.

I'm just saying, that wcwet FPS on ps3 has dissapointed me, i love and play every other genre on ps3, great console but for coming out 3 years late....it's not that different than the 360, And yes Daddy Cool, the 'highly anticipated' UT3 was shite.

And as for the servers, not very many FPS games( More of a MMO kinda thing ) use servers, Frontline: fuel of war has rather good servers for a FPS, 50 players and minimum lag,of course there will be lag, no matter what your internet connection's speed is.I know i am not 100% on this server thing with Reisistance 2, why would I be? I don't go to Wikipedia and my current research type ( Machinima as Daddy cool so forcivally agrees i do, there arent any ps3 ones with good ratings or are even noticed )

No before you start hitting me with arguementive points on how The servers are gonna stop lag, ask yourself...Are there gonna be servers?It hasn't been confirmed.

2. theres always lag 90% of which are the players faults (unless there undedicated serves)

3. yes i 100% agree, i am yet to see a good machinima on ps3 (never even heard of one)

4. its whatever controller you are accustomed to.. i can play on either becasue i alwasy play xbox at nathans, i just dont like playing NON-FPS on the xbox becasue it is so chunky lol but nvrmind.

I prefer the xbox for FPS cos after a couple of week it feels so much more natural.it goes with big hands perfectly.

And good to hear Servers have been planned, No imagin servers for Halo 3 that would mean the end of Agusta's losing due to 'Lagging'....But he also has givin me other reasons.

Rumors are of a new machinima coming from a ps3 game, but is a cross platform game anyways, so it's not very important.

Nevermind about the Wiki then.

Just lets hope this game doesn't dissapoint the ps3 community.
